Seamon Whiteside + Associates was created when landscape architect Kenny Seamon and civil engineer Stuart Whiteside forged a unique business partnership in 1985. Our company was the lone firm in town offering both the services under one roof. The unique mix worked, and soon landscape architect Lee Gastley, was added as another principal to the company.
We now have a team of skilled professionals that specialize in master planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering. Our services range from evaluating the land, all the way through site and detail design, assisting with regulatory approvals, and construction administration.
Project VisionWe'll create a team of our landscape architects and civil engineers to do the research, gather the materials, draw the conceptual designs, and review the site's potential with you. Together we'll determine the look and feel of your project.
